Reservations are made for: printing errors, spelling errors, changes in menus and offers. All legal relationships arising from this framework agreement and all contract modules concluded between the contracting party and Marsk Pizzariaare subject to Danish law.

In addition, reservations are made for delayed delivery time and sold out items at Marsk Pizzaria. However, we always do everything we can to meet customer expectations.

All our prices include VAT.

Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Pick-up offers do not apply on public holidays.

When purchasing from Marsk Pizzaria there is no right of withdrawal or return, as the purchase includes food.

Prices and payment

All prices quoted are in DKK including VAT.

marskpizza-rømø.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is picked up. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

When picking up, you will not be charged extra costs beyond the selected products. We do not have a delivery service.

You can pay with cash, Dankort, Visa or MasterCard. When using our online payment methods, you may be asked to provide further personal information. When using card details, you must ensure that you are fully authorized to use the card at the time. The amount of your order will be reserved when the order is accepted by our take away restaurants. The amount will only be charged when the order is considered delivered. Information and security when paying by debit or credit card will be encrypted and forwarded to Worldline. Your card data will not be stored with us.

At marskpizza-rømø.dk it is possible to choose online payment for pickup.

Your order

Once you have selected the products you wish to order from the menu and have provided other necessary information, you will be given the opportunity to place your order by clicking the “Checkout” button. It is important that you enter and correct any errors before clicking the button, as typing errors cannot be corrected after you have clicked this button.

Once you have placed your order and your payment has been authorized, you cannot change or cancel your order and cannot get a refund. If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can contact customer service as described in the customer service section and they will try to contact the restaurant and inform them of your wishes. However, there is no guarantee that the restaurant will accept your request as they may have already started preparing your order. We prepare the food immediately after your order, which is why we do not refund the payment for the food in the event of a cancellation, as by placing an order, you commit to receiving the ordered order.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we can get in touch by phone if we need to do so in connection with the order.

Right of complaint

Any order is considered commenced after confirmation. The right of complaint must be made within a reasonable time and before the order goes into production. According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is no right of withdrawal on food products, as these have a natural shelf life.

Declined and canceled orders

Due to bank procedures, as soon as you have placed an order that you pay by credit card and your payment has been approved, your bank will “reserve” the full amount of your order. If the order is subsequently declined or canceled, the bank will not transfer the amount to us and will instead release the amount to your account. This can take between 3 and 5 business days (or longer depending on the bank). You agree that we cannot be held liable to you regarding this delay by the bank in releasing funds to your account.

Legal matters

By placing an Order on the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you are over 18 years old.

Gift cards

We do not offer Gift Cards.

Choice of law and jurisdiction

These terms are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled by the Danish courts.

Delivery

We have no delivery.

Others

We have not verified the accuracy of this content. It is the sole responsibility of the restaurants to keep them updated. If you suspect that the content is not correct or in the event of a dispute between you and our takeaway restaurant, please contact our customer service team who will handle your case as best as possible. Our take away restaurants reserve the right to reject any user.

Misuse of information, payment and credit cards will result in direct police reporting. We store all IP addresses.
